Shipping Policy
Shipping Fees*
All of Envy Marketplace orders are shipped with a flat $5 domestic shipping fees within the United States. Unfortunately, we no longer are able to ship international orders.

Shipping Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically take 2-3 business days for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. While we strive for on-time delivery, we cannot guarantee precise timing of all orders. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please review the couriers information carefully as it updates frequently.

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us so we can work through the details. Envy Marketplace is not liable for any products damaged or lost due to courier responsibility. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Thank you for shopping at Envy Marketplace, we are here to make your shopping experience the best it can be! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We want to ensure any damaged product or dissatisfied purchase is resolved in a prompt manner. We value all of our customers and strive to secure your loyalty in our company.

Returns
Envy Marketplace customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure you retain the original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase to process the return. For all returns, please fill out our brief Return & Exchange Request Form and we will respond to your request with next steps to ensure a no-hassle experience.

Refunds
Once your item is promptly approved for a refund, we will gladly offer you a replacement product or envy credit comparable to the refund amount for your next purchase. We want to ensure all of our customers are completely satisfied. If you would like an alternate form of refund, we will be happy to speak to you about other options that are available.
